Located in Broad Brook (East Windsor, CT), we are looking to hire one more person to join our team Monday-Friday, 9-3.
Experience is required.
Candidate must be able to work efficiently, but accurately.
We offer recurring regular maintenance cleans (on weekly, biweekly, every 3 weeks, and monthly basis), one-time cleans, deep cleans, and move-in/out cleans to our customers.
Position Description:
As a House Cleaner with Sweet Sweeps Cleaning LLC, you will be responsible for the cleaning of homes which will include, but is not limited to, floors being vacuumed and mopped, bathrooms, dusting of light fixtures/ceiling fans/window sills, cleaning of all general hard surfaces in the homes (i.
e.
countertops, tabletops, shelving, dressers, etc), sometimes windows inside and out, kitchen appliances, very minor tidying if necessary, and more dependent upon customers' requests at times.
Generally you work alone as a one-man team and could have up to 3-4 houses per day for regular maintenance cleans dependent upon the sizes of homes, or just 1 house in a day if there is a deep clean.
This is a 1099 position.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age Reliable transportation and a valid CT license General liability insurance will need to be obtained prior to start date, and candidate is responsible for paying this monthly as long as they're working for Sweet Sweeps Cleaning Professional prior cleaning experience/background required Job Type:
